General Information
Description of Service: Chain of Hope and Second Hope Consumer Drop-In Center were developed to serve all mental health and intellectual disability consumers in Allegheny County who want to engage in fellowship with other consumers. Our goal is to help consumers reestablish links to the community by both informal activities and structural programming. Our vision is the total empowerment of consumers in all aspects of daily life. This is achieved through peer support and role modeling.

Geographic Area: Allegheny County
Intake Procedure: Walk-in.
Intake Requirements: Application form and verification for MH/I/DD Status.

Target Population: Mental Health Concerns
Eligibility: Any adult consumer of mental health services.
 
Availability
Hours of Operation: 9:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; noon-5:00pm, Friday and Sunday
