Providing multi-faceted support to individuals with mental illness. Featuring a Drop In Center, hosting ongoing, recreational social and educational programs to meet the needs of consumers. Certified Peer Support Services assists with peer to peer support and Wellness Recovery Plans. Consumer Family Support Team provides service in improving Behavioral Health Services. A telephone Warmline 7 days a week. Moving (local) assistance for those in need.
With respect and dignity for all, the Grapevine Center empowers peers to mentor, inspire and support individuals and families in recovery. Grapevine Center will advocate for social justice on behalf of all people.

A wheelchair ramp is provided, and all restroom facility are ADA compliant.
Members upon first visit and no later than the second visit are required to fill out general information packet consisting of name, address, phone number and emergency contact information. This in conjunction with reading and acknowledging the Drop-in Center Rules and Privacy Act Stipulation.
None. However Grapevine Center Inc, not only serves those persons in the Mental Health Community, they also encourage participation by person that are in recovery from Alcohol and Drug Abuse. A strictly enforced zero tolerance policy for Illegal Drug and Alcohol use is in effect at all times. A zero tolerance policy for violence is also enforced.
