Description of Service
The FOCES (FOCES on Community Employment Success) is a social rehabilitation program with an emphasis on pre-employment training. Through a process of skill development and goal orientation, the FOCES program staff work with individuals to identify their particular interests and strengths so they will be as prepared as possible to pursue, attain and maintain employment either on a part-time or full-time basis. They maintain a consistent social and recreational calendar so individuals will have the opportunity to use their acquired interpersonal skills in most any social situation where problem solving takes place.
