Description of Service
TeenLink is a program that is designed to provide high school students with disabilities the opportunity to develop the necessary independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, accessing public transportation, and becoming self-reliant, to successfully make the move from school to independent living. The TeenLink program has several components designed to prepare the students for the demands of adult life and help them reach their highest level of independence.
The TeenLink Project is a partnership between the Children’s Development Center, the Center for Independent Living of Northcentral PA, and Montoursville School District to provide life skills training and experience for students with special needs.

Once they receive the information, a staff member will obtain the necessary authorizations and prescriptions. A scheduler will contact you for an appointment for the initial evaluation.
Referrals may be made by parents, family members, family physicians, pediatricians, other healthcare providers, case managers, social workers, mental health providers, counselors, or teachers.

Monday through Wednesday, 7:30am to 5:00pm; Thursday, 7:30am to 6:00pm; Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
