Description of Service
HOPE (Help and Opportunity for Personal Empowerment)Advocacy provides long-term support (up to 24 months) for clients who live in established homes and the opportunity to learn basic life skills necessary for self-sufficiency and family stability through intensive case management and monthly support group.
Mercer County/Shenango Valley

Applications taken Monday thru Friday from 9-4 in main office and online application is available as well
Please complete an application. Clients from Project RUTH program also have option to transfer to HOPE.
Active addicts do not desire to make significant commitments to "changing lives", sowe generally choose to work with others more ready to address life issues.
Only 20 participants at any given time.
English, but have a Latin speaking staff member who can offer such support as needed
Must be 18 or older. Low income, willing to work on goals and committ self to a structured intensive program, weekly home visits and mandatory counseling and support groups
