General Information
Description of ServiceUGI's CAP (Customer Assistance Program) is a customer assistance program aimed at helping low income customers. This program offers its participants monthly payment based on gross income, household size and usage at the property. This program is not for deposits. Gas services must be turned on at time of application.

United Water Cares - a customer assistance grant program based on household size and income. Customers must demonstrate a temporary financial need and a history of good-faith payments with United Water. Limit of one grant per twelve month period.
