Description of Service
Provides rental assistance and eviction prevention assistance.
Must be at 150% FPL (Federal Poverty Level) or lower based on Gross Income.
Must have an income.
Additional programs are 40% of the AMI (Area Median Income) or lower based on Gross Income.
For evictions, individuals must have a copy of the eviction/court ordered eviction and the most recent lease.
Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Beaver County, Butler County, Greene County, Lawrence County, Washington County
Call or walk-in / Scheduled appointments preferred for rental assistance.
Social Security Card / Driver’s License or State ID / Access card if applicable
Individuals must participate in a budgeting educational component to be eligible for additional assistance after the first time assistance is given.
Proof of income / Social Security Cards / Drivers License / Current Lease / Eviction Notice if applicable
Walk-in’s will be taken in the order arrived and appointments will be scheduled within 48 hours when possible.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.
English, interpreters will be provided if needed for additional languages
