Description of Service
The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System's H.J. Heinz campus Healthcare for the Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program provides services that enable homeless veterans to achieve and maintain the highest level of health, as well as social and independent functioning in the community.
The HCHV program continually strives to build new, and strengthen existing relationships with community agencies. The HCHV program views the collaboration between VA and community homeless providers as a vital component of our services. It is our policy to provide services in a variety of community settings. Referrals from community agencies are welcome.

You may be eligible for VA benefits if you are a: veteran; veteran's dependent; surviving spouse, child or parent of a deceased veteran; uniformed service member; present or former reservist or National Guard member.
