Description of Service
The CCIS is contracted by the PA Department of Human Services, Office of Child Development and Early Learning, to administer this child care subsidy program to county residents. This program, which receives federal and state funding, was established to give financial support to working families for help in paying their child care expenses. In addition to offering child care subsidies, we also provide referrals to parents seeking child care. Child care providers may request information on training and workshops in their area, as well as information on providing quality child care for working families.
Family must complete an application and provide all needed verification. Adults need to provide photo identification.
Must be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines and all adults must be working at least 20 hours per week.
