Description of ServiceThe Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline is designed to help Army leaders improve services to wounded soldiers and their families by listening to what the soldiers say about their health care issues and identifying systemic faults or problematic areas to better allocate resources.

The hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by Army officers and civilians at Human Resources Command in Alexandria, VA. The hotline offers wounded soldiers and their families a way to seek assistance resolving medical issues by putting them in direct contact with the most appropriate services and resources.
