General Information
Description of ServiceWestmoreland Community Action, Permanent Supportive Housing - Pittsburgh Street House Program (PSH-PSH) is designed to assist chronically homeless, mental health consumers in securing housing. It aims to provide low-cost housing to mental health consumers in Westmoreland County, as well as, assistance through Housing Supports. The PSH-PSH community living building has living space for 8 tenants.

Client Information
Eligibility
  • Be at least 18 years of age,
  • Have a mental health diagnosis,
  • Have four or more episodes of homelessness within the last years or have been continuously homeless for one year or longer,
  • Be able to perform daily living skills independently,
  • Pay monthly rent,
  • Be willing to meet the Housing Supports Case Manager on a regular basis.
