Description of Service
Catholic Charities' Employee Preparedness Program (EPP) is a 7-week interactive program that teaches "soft" skills to individuals who have been jobless or had only scattered employment.
Participants will actively explore their existing skills and discover new, useful tools leading to success in both work and life. Focus is on “soft skills” such as workplace behavior and attitude.

Pre-registration is required. Participants must complete a Catholic Charities on-line Eligibility Application. Under "Type of Assistance Requested" type in Job Readiness Program and referring agency, Be sure to check the boxes "By submitting this application..." at the bottom of the page. Click "submit Application." Applicants will be contacted to set up a one-on-one meeting to review the application and begin the registration process.
Must be 18 years old and a resident of Allegheny County.
