Description of Service
The Financial Assistance Program assists clients who have a utility shut off or utility is off, first month or late rent payments to prevent homelessness, fuel oil, prescriptions. WCHS is authorized to complete Dollar Energy applications.

By appointment only. Intake to verify need. Proof of household income, list of monthly expenses, current utility bill and termination notice or letter from landlord required.
Household Income 125% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.
Must be a resident of Waynesboro or Greencastle Antrim School Districts, who's Household Income is 125% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.
