Description of Service
Free, fresh fruits & vegetables at the SCCAP Produce Stand for any community member struggling to make ends meet. The Gleaning projects collects excess unsalable but edible food from growers, producers, and distributors and then distributes the gleaned food such as fruits and vegetables to local agencies such as food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters for the homeless, senior centers, etc.
Individuals should contact SCCAP and complete the appropriate application for services. Individuals will be required to show proof of income for these services.
Monthly Income (150% poverty) ratio to family size = $1471 to 1, $1991 to 2, $2511 to 3, $3031 to 4, $3551 to 5, $4071 to 6, $4591 to 7, $5111 to 8, each additional person add $520.
