Description of Service
The CCIS is a state and federally funded program that provides resources on types of child care available and how to select quality child care, including Keystone STARS facilities; referrals to child care providers meeting specific needs; and financial assistance to pay for child care.
CCIS: proof of income, training (employment/school verification), and unearned income. None for other programs.

At CCIS, we encourage families to be well informed of their child care options and to make decisions toward quality early care and education.
Tele-interpreter Service used as needed.
Parent(s) must be working 20 hours per week or be attending school or training 10 hours per week while working at least 10 hours per week. The family's monthly income must be less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Special provisions are made for teen parents and parents receiving TANF benefits through the County Assistance office.

Types of Fees
Many free; some services by contract.
After eligibility is determined, family is assigned a co-payment based on income and family size. This fee is paid directly to the child care provider upon enrollment in the subsidy program.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday, 7:30am to 6:30pm (after 4:30 CCIS is open for scheduled appointments ONLY)
