Description of Service
Salvation Army handles the Office of Aging Seniors Heating Assistance for all of Franklin County. Assistance is available for help in paying their heating (electric, kerosene, fuel oil) bill. Individuals who are age 60 and over can apply for assistance with their heating bill during the time frame of December 1 - April 30.
