Description of Service
Provides housing for people in need of temporary housing in order to get on their feet and transition back to permanent housing. The shelter program has a unique revolving 32-bed program for men and women. Most shelters have rooms where many people stay for a portion of the day. Our shelter program provides individuals their own locking room in a high rise building Downtown. A typical stay for shelter is 30 days with possible 15-day extension. Residents receive service coordination, free meals, and transportation assistance as well as counseling for mental health and drug and alcohol counseling.
