Description of Service
Critical needs staff will work with client to find the resources needed to get through the challenges that are being faced and achieve long-term stability. Services include assessment of current needs, identification of - and connection to - the resources needed to meet immediate critical needs, including help applying for benefits and advocacy on clients behalf; problem-solving discussions and strategy to figure out what's needed to improve things for client and their family in the long-term.
Individuals who are overwhelmed with financial and other critical issues.
