Description of Service
This program introduces high school students to the fields of health science, including medicine, nursing, physician assistant, perfusion technology, physical therapy and respiratory care. Prepares students to better choose a field that suits their interests. Attendees have the unique opportunity to spend time in Carlow’s state-of-the-art Nursing Skills Lab. Visits to hospitals and participation in hands-on lab activities, meeting with faculty members, nurses, and other healthcare specialists, researchers, and tour healthcare facilities. Attendees will also get to enjoy three nights in the Carlow dorms!
Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. If attending, a lab permission slip and student visitor policy form will need to be filled out and signed. Please see website for these documents.

Types of Fees
Tuition is all inclusive. Cost includes the three-day workshop, all off-campus transportation, lab fees, a T-shirt, a journal, continental breakfasts and lunches and dinner, activities and two nights in the resident hall.
$329 if paid prior to May 31 ($349 after June 1).
