Description of Service
Nutritious hot, cold or frozen home-delivered meals for homebound adults who cannot prepare their own meals due to advanced age, illness, disability or post-hospital stays. Deliveries are Monday through Friday at lunchtime. Bagged dinners and frozen meals for weekends are also available. Pet food is available for clients who have cats, dogs, birds and fish.
Other services include:
- Grocery Shopping Service for homebound adults who are elderly or disabled
- Chef's Pack Frozen Meals for active seniors who want to eat healthy meals or people recently discharged from the hospital
- Congregate meal service for senior centers, adult day care centers, child care centers and other organizations
Telephone and visit by a Case Manager
Homebound, elderly, disabled and others who are unable to prepare their own meals or want to eat healthier meals
