Description of ServiceJob training, placement, and retention services for TANF clients effected by Welfare Reform Legislation. Provides comprehensive education, training and work services to welfare recipients to enable them to move rapidly from welfare to work. Services include: GED preparation, training opportunities, job readiness/search, subsidized employment, retention services and skill upgrades.
