Tioga County Department of Human Services - Seeds of Hope Partners, Inc.Ministry of area churches and other interested individuals in partnership with county government that works with families in crisis to provide basic needs to maintain families and aid in reunifying families. Considers assistance with home repairs required for health and safety. Provides diapers, clothing, hygiene, and food. Providing beds and bedding to children is also a major priority. USDA Rural Development Energy Programs - Lycoming County OfficePossible funds include those for completing energy audits and feasibility studies, completing energy efficiency improvements, and installing renewable energy systems. They have programs that help convert older heating sources to cleaner technologies, produce advanced biofuels, install flexible fuel pumps, install solar panels, build biorefineries, and others. Options include grants, guaranteed loans and payments.
