The HCHV program continually strives to build new, and strengthen existing relationships with community agencies. The HCHV program views the collaboration between VA and community homeless providers as a vital component of our services. It is our policy to provide services in a variety of community settings. Referrals from community agencies are welcome. The H.J. Heinz campus’ Healthcare for the Homeless Veterans Program offers:
