|Food Pantry and Clothing Room||The Northeast Neighborhood Association (or NENA) operates a Resource Center open on Monday's and Wednesday's from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on a walk-in basis. Income eligible families can receive free:
-household items as available
-personal care items as available
-referrals for other needed services
The Northeast Neighborhood Association also:
-manages a community garden
-sponsors community events
-provides opportunities for completing community service requirements
-partners with other groups and organizations on additional programs

|Keystone Warriors||An Eastern Pennsylvania based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation that seeks to honor the daily sacrifices made by the brave men and women in all branches of the United States Military, but specifically those wounded on or after September 11, 2001. Aids wounded warriors by raising public awareness and seeking the public’s support for programs and services that assist wounded warriors. Funds donated to Keystone Warriors are used to support local post-9/11 veterans and their families located in or with ties to Pennsylvania. The remaining funds are donated to national post-9/11 wounded veterans organizations.
Provides these services:
Financially: Provides direct resources for daily needs such as groceries, toiletries and items for the wounded warrior and their family. Partner with a local organization, Keystone Soldiers, to provide these immediate needs. Also provide financial counseling to wounded warriors to help in their transition from the military to civilian life.
Physically: Keeping wounded warriors active is key to their overall wellbeing. Partner with Corps Fitness, Wyomissing, PA to provide specialized physical training and goal setting in an active, physical lifestyle. Also works with local gyms in the area in which wounded warriors are located to ensure they are provided the opportunity to stay active.
Mentally: One of the major problems faced by wounded warriors is mental health. Strive to help warriors by providing counseling and mentorship. Actively working with local veteran’s counseling centers to provide much needed support. Also strive to match up wounded warriors who have gone through similar experiences and establish a mentor relationship.||Berks||Keystone Warriors||Keystone Warriors|
|Leahy Food Pantry - Family Center University of Scranton||The Alice V. Leahy Food Pantry collects and distributes non-perishable food items to homeless and disadvantaged individuals in the Scranton area. University of Scranton students are responsible for collecting and organizing the food, in addition to preparing packages for clients.
