AMEND : (An Educational Program for MEN who Abuse/Batter)A 30 session educational program for men who abuse/batter, consisting of four individual sessions (Initial evaluation, orientation and two evaluation sessions) and 26 two hour, weekly group sessions. The program follows the Duluth model, one of the oldest and widely used curriculums in the country. The goal of AMEND is to help men identify their abusive/violent behaviors and the beliefs and attitudes that support it, and to adopt non-violent beliefs and behaviors that support safety, fairness and equality in their relationships. Cumberland/Perry Nurse-Family PartnershipThe Nurse-Family Partnership is a program for women having their first baby.
