    Health Care for the HomelessThe HCHP provides access to comprehensive health services through clinics at homeless congregate sites for homeless men, women and children. Some of the services given by the medical team include needs assessment, case management, health education, gynecology, dermatology, podiatry, dentistry, optometry and referrals for additional services.
