    Nonprofit Resource NetworkOpen-Enrollment Workshops: Three to six hour workshops offer training in areas critical to nonprofit management, such as strategic planning, fundraising, communicating with the media, supervisory skills and more. Core programs include: Nonprofit Management Certificate Program and Essentials of Fundraising Series. Classes offered in both Lancaster and Harrisburg. Peer Growth Circles: Each circle includes 6 individuals who work in 6 different nonprofit organizations that are matched according to position within organization, years of experience, organizational budget, number and staff, and geographical location. Each circle, coordinated by a facilitator, commits to meeting for a year at a time to gain insight and expertise from peers who deal with similar issues on a daily basis.
