|Chartiers Center Residential Services||Offers a range of residential services depending on the need of the person. Programs options include a 60-90 day placement in Chartiers' RTP, an intensive mental health treatment in a residential setting. Referrals to the RTP helps the consumer avoid inpatient hospitalization and provides support while their symptoms stabilize. Other residential services include a range from a supported therapeutic living environment (with in-house staff) to a more independent setting (with on-call staff). |Community Human Services Corporation Enhanced Supported Housing||Provides a permanent home in four, two-bedroom apartments for people living with serious mental illness. Residents receive support including: medication management, therapeutic services, social interaction, support in maintaining a safe and healthy home, transportation, nutrition education, and service coordination. Residents maintain their own apartments with staff support. |Highland House||The Highland House is a state licensed halfway house of the Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs and the Pennsylvania Department of Health and CARF accredited program. This residential facility is designed for adult women who have completed short-term drug/alcohol rehabilitation program and who are making the transition to a new environment, or who are planning to reenter an old environment that is not immediately available or advisable. The residential stay of the program is three to six months. We offer therapeutic support services for women in recovery who are seeking an environment that fosters individual discovery and growth, supports a collective well-being and shares a sense of experience, strength, and hope.

|Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services - Care Center - Butler||The Transitional Care Center for Mental Health is a long term structured residence which resulted from a collaborative effort between the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Butler, Butler County MH/MR/D&A Program, and the Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center, along with support from Armstrong County and Value Behavioral Health. A Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) is a highly structured mental health treatment facility designed to serve people who are eligible for hospitalization but who can receive adequate care in the LTSR. The Transition Care Center may enable individuals to avoid State Hospitalization and recieve extended care within their community.

|Wesley Family Services - Adult Acute Partial Hospital||Program offers limited intensive psychiatric treatment and is designed to provide crisis stabilization and acute psychiatric symptom reduction as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric care. Clients served cannot benefit from traditional outpatient psychotherapy at the time of referral. Treatment is goal focused and assessment and treatment are reviewed on a daily basis.
