Their monthly Normal Teenage Behavior and Depression workshop discusses strategies for coping with teenage depression as well as causes and treatments and how it affects the family.     United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration - Coaching into Carethe Veterans Health Administration's Coaching into Care provides a free and confidential coaching service to help callers discover new ways to support their Military Members with a goal of getting them into Mental Health treatment or learn of other resources to resolve issues. The Families of Soldiers and Veterans now have a chance to receive assistance and on-going follow-up with a Life Coach from the VA.
