US Small Business Administration - District Office PhiladelphiaResponsible for the delivery of Small Business Administration's many program and services in Eastern PA. Services Available: - Financial assistance for new or existing businesses through guaranteed loans made by area bank and non-bank lenders. - Free counseling, advice and information on starting, better operating or expanding a small business are available through SCORE, Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and Women’s Business Centers (WBC).   • The administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and GAP Funding to help individuals with an income below $33,000 with a down payment
  • Homebuyer Assistance to help finance purchase of a single family homes in Williamsport - *Note that the consumer's name will be put on a Waiting List
  • Owner Occupied Single Family Housing Rehabilitation (home repair) programs that include grants and low interest loans for repairs, improvements and code-required upgrades
  • Residential Rental Rehabilitation funds for landlords who provide affordable housing to those with low and moderate incomes
