    Healthy York County CoalitionThe Healthy York County Coalition is an ongoing collaborative effort to improve the health and wellness of the York County community.     Human Services Administration Organization - Children's ServicesWorks with families and providers to ensure the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents are addressed through a coordinated continuum of care. The Children's Team provides liaisons in a variety of settings, including CYF, school based liaisons, homeless shelter liaisons, and school / education liaisons. Also provides SAP coordination for schools; an Early Intervention Coordinator who monitors programs providing services to families with children (birth to 3) who have developmental delays; Parent Professional - a resource to help caretakers navigate the social service system; Disaster Response Team Member - Participates in the development and implementation of the Department of Human Services response to critical incidents. The Blended Service Coordination Program provides service planning, support, and case management for children and adolescents who have serious illnesses and serious emotional disturbances.     Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic ViolencePCADV lobbies the Pa. Legislature for improvements to the PFA law and other laws for victims and collaborates with community programs or service centers to make sure these laws are enforced. PCADV administers the state contract for domestic violence services, sets standards for those services, distributes state and federal funding to community programs and seeks other sources of funding to ensure the needs of victims are met throughout the state. PCADV also develops training materials programs need, trains the trainers and partners with state officials to effectively coordinate PA's response to domestic violence. In addition, PCADV advocates for housing laws and public housing policies that protect victims and prevent landlords from discriminating against them.
