|AIDSNET||A regional AIDS Planning Coalition which subcontracts with agencies throughout Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill counties. Assists people with HIV/AIDS through assessing, planning, and allocating government funds in order to guarantee the accessibility and quality of services provided in the region. Responsible for the development of a comprehensive continuum of prevention and care services. Efforts are aimed at both stopping the spread of HIV infection and providing medical and social services through a network of service providers to those who have been infected.

|Healthy York County Coalition||The Healthy York County Coalition is an ongoing collaborative effort to improve the health and wellness of the York County community. This effort is guided by:
• A broad definition of health that considers the root-cause of problems, not just the absence of disease;
• Analysis of population health through a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment conducted every three years;
• Development of community problem solving capacity that involves diverse participation;
• Strategies that use both long-term systems level change and short-term high impact projects;
• Focus on prevention strategies to guide residents in healthy choices, decreasing the likelihood of some diseases and improving medical outcomes for chronic conditions;
• Depression Awareness Website: www.Feeling-Blue.com Offers information and resources for people suffering from mild depression or depressive symptoms.

Community Health Needs Assessment: Every three years the Coalition conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment to track trends and determine priorities for the next three years. The last assessment, completed in 2012, is a public document available to individuals and organizations seeking to improve local health services and programs.

|Human Services Administration Organization - Children's Services||Works with families and providers to ensure the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents are addressed through a coordinated continuum of care. The Children's Team provides liaisons in a variety of settings, including CYF, school based liaisons, homeless shelter liaisons, and school / education liaisons. Also provides SAP coordination for schools; an Early Intervention Coordinator who monitors programs providing services to families with children (birth to 3) who have developmental delays; Parent Professional - a resource to help caretakers navigate the social service system; Disaster Response Team Member - Participates in the development and implementation of the Department of Human Services response to critical incidents.
The Blended Service Coordination Program provides service planning, support, and case management for children and adolescents who have serious illnesses and serious emotional disturbances. |Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence||PCADV lobbies the Pa. Legislature for improvements to the PFA law and other laws for victims and collaborates with community programs or service centers to make sure these laws are enforced.
PCADV administers the state contract for domestic violence services, sets standards for those services, distributes state and federal funding to community programs and seeks other sources of funding to ensure the needs of victims are met throughout the state.
PCADV also develops training materials programs need, trains the trainers and partners with state officials to effectively coordinate PA's response to domestic violence.
In addition, PCADV advocates for housing laws and public housing policies that protect victims and prevent landlords from discriminating against them.
